南京依維柯汽車有限公司，為中國(guó)南京汽車集團(tuán)有限公司（上汽集團(tuán)全資子公司）和意大利菲亞特集團(tuán)依維柯公司共同出資成立的中外合資經(jīng)營(yíng)汽車公司，于1996年3月1日正式運(yùn)行。公司注冊(cè)資本25.27億元人民幣，合資雙方各占50%股份。公司在冊(cè)員工7370人，占地面積105萬(wàn)平方米。

   經(jīng)過十余年的發(fā)展，公司擁有依維柯和躍進(jìn)兩大產(chǎn)品平臺(tái)，產(chǎn)品線橫跨客車、卡車、廂貨、越野車、底盤和專用車。

   公司具有獨(dú)立研發(fā)能力，擁有現(xiàn)代化生產(chǎn)流水線和設(shè)備，經(jīng)銷網(wǎng)絡(luò)和服務(wù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)覆蓋全國(guó)各地，產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷巴西、南非、俄羅斯、伊朗、越南。

   公司已通過GB/T19001、ISO/TS16949、GJB9001A、GB/T14001、GB/T18001、CCC等國(guó)家、行業(yè)、軍用等管理體系認(rèn)證及產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證，形成質(zhì)量、環(huán)境、職業(yè)健康安全管理保證體系。

Introduction

    NAVECO Ltd., which entered into operation onMarch 1, 1996 is a Sino-foreign joint venture for the production ofvehicles, incorporated by Nanjing Automobile (Group) Corporation -a wholly-owned subsidiary company of SAIC Motor and IVECO S. p. A.Its registered capital amounts to RMB 2.527 billion, each of itsshareholders owns 50%. It has a registered number of 7370 personsand a total area of 1,050,000 square meters.

    After more than ten years of development,NAVECO owns IVECO and Yuejin product platform covering bus, truck,van, off-road vehicle, chassis and special vehicle.

    NAVECO has the independent capability ofresearch and development, owns the modern transfer line andequipment. Its dealers and workshops are situated through thecountry. Its products are exported to Brazil, South Africa, Russia,Iran, Vietnam
